    Iron Aluminide Right Welding Procedure Suggestion Using Sysweld

    Iron aluminide Fe3Al belongs to progressive intermetallic materials used especially in the petrochemical and energy industries. Weldability of this material is rather complicated and thus the technological procedures of welding must be verified by simulation computations. This submission wants to show, haw simulations can help by creating of right technological welding procedure specification (WPS). It means not only choosing of welding parameters but mainly needs of preheat, heat or interpass temperature value. At the technical university of Liberec was created program MOVYPRO 07 examining critical places analyse on the basis Sysweld program output data. Function of this programme will be demonstrated in submission.
