Process of cooling injection mould and quality of injection parts

  • Original language description

Injection mould cooling to an important way influences both technology and economy of production cycle. Main requirement given onto cooling system of injection moulds is quick and homogenous heat removal from injection part. Because of these reasons arein engineering practice quite often used methods which support commonly active cooling device, i.e. circulating medium in cooling ducts. The aim of this paper is refer to possibilities of hest removal from shape part of mould by heat pipe or by using highly thermal conductive materials (for production of shape inserts of mould) and namely with regard to properties and quality of injection part.
