Possibility of back injection molding simulation
Original language description
Back Injection molding (In-mold textile lamination) spread and became quickly established in the market, particularly in the European automotive industry. In most cases, in-mold textile lamination is applied in substitution for laminating techniques (bonding) used for decorating the surface of injection molded components. This article deals with possibility of numerical simulation for this technology. Simulation of textile shaping in injection mold is done with complex textile properties. Also is discussed opportunity of whole process (back injection) simulation.
