Original language description
Plastic parts quality depends on the polymers, the technology parameters, the tools and the machines. During extrusion moulding of the thermoplastics is final blow moulding quality dependent on not only the blowing process of the mould cavity but also the velocity of change (expansion) of parison shape and the cooling progress. Therefore this paper deals with the monitoring of viscoelasticity during the extrusion blow moulding by means of special cameras. Realisation of new control methods of parison thickness evaluation leads to optimisation of ending thickness of the plastic bottles and leads to improvement of the cooling effectiveness and to improvement of the plastic parts quality.
