Original language description
The article deals with the efficiency improving of the design work, especially design and construction of the single-purpose machines and equipment. The consistent application of the design elements and systems from the specialised producers available commonly on the market is described as one of the main factors for the improvement of the design work. The design of the single-purpose equipment for the wrapping of the electric motor rotors of the hand tools by the protective linen thread is given and described as an example. The equipment has been designed and made from 90% of the purchased final components, mainly from the FESTO Company. The equipment has very high technical parameters, reliability and flexibility with the possibility to carry out thewrapping of various rotors with different dimensions
