OPTIMATION OF THE NEEDLE BAR MECHANISM
Original language description
This paper deals with the compilation of mathematical model of needle mechanism by software Pro/Engineer Wildfire 4. Methodics for finding parameter values of stiffness and self damping of springs were designed. Experimental measurements which helped setup these parameters and verify accuracy of the mathematical model, were accomplished. Consequently, a dynamic analysis of the needle mechanism was carried out and the spring stiffness was optimized in order to minimize oscillation of the mechanism inside parts.
