Original language description

This article deals with the production of a complex shape part on Mazak Integrex 100 machining centre. The product is a prototype from the glass industry field. The goal was to imitate glass product from commonly used machinable materials, f.i. PMMA (Plexiglass). The every step as programming in CAD/CAM of EdgeCAM system as well as the following production by the machine under certain machining conditions are described. The production is arranged to allow workpiece machining of single clamping. This task is solved in the frame of research programme of MSM 4674788501.
