Influence of welding wire diameter on the welding pool shape under mag welding
Original language description
Already from the beginning of research in the area of welding was given attention to welding parameters influence on geometry of welding pool. Predict welding pool shape is very difficult because beside direct influence from welding parameters there alsotaken place other incidental parameters with great influence on final geometry. Main problem is huge number of these parameters and mutual interaction of individual input parameters. This paper concerns only on one input parameters ? respectively on Influence of welding wire?s diameter on the welding pool shape. Supposing for given system basic material ? additional material ? gaseous shield the same initial conditions and same welding parameters (current, voltage and welding rate). By using of different welding wire?s diameters is supposed great influence of welding wire?s diameter on welding pool geometry. Such presumption in based on different wire feed rate. Aim of paper is to show results of this influence on whole welding pool ge
