The article deals with physical-thermal quantities and their impact on simulation calculation stability foundry thermal processes. Using experimental measuring data and computer simulation the temperature conditions of the thermal transmition resistancewere studied and determinated for the casting of parallel credible plate share thickness 20 mm, pure aluminium 99,6% ( TKR = 660 ?C ) into the cast-iron cold mold, dimensions 220x220x220 mm ( material of mould was ČSN 19 552 ). The thermal transmition resistance coefficients are important for the simulation of solidification and cooling - conditions in casting and other thermal processes running in the metal moulds.
