By accrediting of the Committee the Technical University of Liberec takes on the organization of the XLI. International Scientific Conference of Czech and Slovak University Departments and Institutions Dealing with the Research of Internal Combustion Engines. This Conference is continuing the tradition of forty one previous Conferences organized in the Technical University in Czech and Slovak Republic since 1969. The Organizing Committee sets itself the aim of holding a meeting of specialists who are occupied with the issues of internal combustion engines from the general as well as the strict application point. For the conference there were 20 domestic papers and 15 papers of foreign authors from Europe and Asia. We appreciate the interest in this conference and believe it will bring many suggestions for further extension of knowledge in the field of internal combustion engines and will provide new ideas for international cooperation in this field.
