Thermal conditions of injection mould and quality of plastic parts by use of non-conventional cooling methods
Original language description
This paper deals with thermal conditions analysis in injection moulding during cooling of semicrystalline injection parts by non-conventional cooling methods: with a heat pipe and highly heat-conductive materials. Necessary part of this analysis is alsoto evaluate injection mould cooling methods in relation to the final spherulitic structure of the injection part and the final properties of physical methods used to study polymeric structure, i.e. X-ray scattering, differential scanning calorimetry andfor skin-core injection part structure evaluation also the method of microtome sections under microscope polarized light.
