Original language description
The paper is concerned with development of a new perfect precise cross winding and with realisation of equipment for its winding, namely in two versions. One variant consists in mechanical solution of the controlled transmission by means of a calculatedcam and calculated curved pulleys; the other one in the control of transmission between the skewer and the distributing mechanism by means of two controlled drives. The theoretical results obtained by the solution have allowed to devise the universal program SPIRAL, which on the base of input parameters chooses possible gear ratios of controlled drives and a series of other parameters of the winding, including the drawing of the spirals formed by reverse points on the bobbin flange.
