RESEARCH OF MULTI-DEGREES VIBROISOLATION OF AN OPERATOR IN WHEEL-EXCAVATOR
Original language description
This paper contains the research and development project overview of seat and cabin vibroisolation in wheel-excavator. The aim of the project was the reduction of operator vibrations. Project includes the theoretical analyses of HBV, laboratory measurements of the seats, additional horizontal and vertical suspensions, polyurethane seat foam tests, field cabin vibration measurements, wide range of multi-body simulations, prototype design including the FEA structural analyses and prototype production andmeasurements. The main result of this project is cabin vibroisolation of wheel-excavator SchRS 1320 in horizontal plane with three steel rope hinges and additional dampers. The frequency of this unique suspension is 0,35 Hz which is significantly lower as excitation frequency 2,4 Hz. Vertical vibrations are eliminated by appropriately selected operator seat.
