For analysis and technological process proposal of the forming operations is necessary knowledge about material deformation behavior. True stress value in the dependence on amount of the deformation is revealed by the stress-strain curves. These stress-strain curves represent one of the basic material characteristics and are simply determined by the static tensile test. By using standard measuring devices is this curve properly determined till the achievement utility deformation at the ultimate strengthof the tested material. Disadvantage of such measuring approach rests in limited deformation range and the uni-axial stress state. However in the industrial praxis at car-body stampings production (e.g. in press shops) take more place multi-axial stressstates. To improve accuracy of material deformation behavior at multi-axial stress state there is possible to use the Bulge test.
