  • Original language description

    The development of car seats solves the complex problem of the weight reduction, energy efficiency and use of recycled and recyclable materials which maintains or improves a safety and quality of the current seats. Exciting dynamic forces are transformedby the passive construction of the seat. They are especially inertial forces and they cause vibrations of the individual seat parts, which has a negative effect on the human body. The optimal principle could be the seat construction with non-polyurethane material with an active adjustable damping system situated in the place, where vibrations have the highest value. Regulation can be controlled through the visco-elastic reinforcements which has springing and damping characteristics. For the assessmentof the mechanical properties of visco-elastic reinforcement static tests were carried out and FEM simulation model was designed for description of the stress and strain distribution.
