Original language description
The article deals with manufacturing process of LED panels in existing concrete conditions of production. It is about upgrading existing production process to enable future production of new innovative product lines. The actual production of LED panels is significantly different from current production and will allow the company to penetrate global markets. In process, created a new department for mounting LED technology using SMT technology. Already in initial design phase of work is considered the involvement of lean manufacturing techniques. New process is designed as a minority against present production, which in a few years ahead will reverse ratio and this development is to be expected. The article presents important links to various areas of product design from actual production from perspective of industrial engineering from viewpoint of green engineering.
