At the present no method for steel sheet testing exists,especially from the aspect of fracture mechanics.Charpy impact test is on of most used test method for testing material toughness and fracture behaviours bwecause of simplicity. This method uses specimensof length 55 mm with cross-section of 10x10mm, but in the case of steel sheets is no simple possibility of testing.
