    Simulation is a tool for the diagnosis of widespread use of the intention to streamlining production processes and operations. The article deals with a proposal to increase manufacturing productivity through software process in thermosetting molding industry. We focused on the reorganization of work and analysis of processes in it. Suggest improvements that lead to an increase production productivity and simulate it. Using simulation software PLANT SIMULATION we obtained information about proposed improvements and evaluate them.
