This article deals with evaluating the structure of aluminum alloy AlSi7Mg0,3 using X-ray diffraction - Debye-Scherrer method in the configuration of the back-reflection and by optical microscopy. It is the use of X-ray diffraction in the production of castings from aluminum alloys, which are not yet fully described experiences with application of X-ray diffraction.
