Original language description
Currently production of parallelized nanofibers is highly advanced in various fields. One of the target areas for nanofibrous structures is medical sector, especially ophthalmological implants, which is focused in this research. Production of yarn composed from oriented nanofibers is essential for the production of glaucoma tubular shape. Device to allow the production of nanofibres parallelized structures has been previously constructed in cooperation with Clemson University in South Carolina, USA, but it was necessary to modify the process to achieve desirable results. One of the main goals of this project is automation of the nanofiber processing. Therefore one of the tasks is to improve the collector device to work continuously without the human interference. It is necessary to detect not only the presence of the fibers, but also the presence of parallelization of manufactured nanofibers. In this article described a technology for detecting parallel nanofibers.
