Possibilities of Usage of Ebsd for Study of Dc06 Steel Deformation
Original language description
The EBSD was successfully used for analysis of grain structure and internal deformation of DC06 steel in the present research. Grain structure was observed through IPF maps which clearly demonstrated materiál lattice orientation relative to the axes of the sample. Further processing of EBSD data enabled to image deformation statě of the materiál. Strain was imaged using different EBSD maps, e.g. local missorientation map, sub-grain boundaries maps or strain contouring mapping. Following measurement of microhardness gradient well corresponded with obtained EBSD data and thus confirmed the suitability of EBDS for further study of materiál deformation behaviour.
