The paper presents a highly productive technology of continuous production of nanofiber yarn developed at the Technical University of Liberec. It focuses on the analysis of key technological parts with a significant effect on the length uni-formity of the yarn, such as the false twisting, the ballooning of the yarn and the force applied to the twist triangle and the transfer of the twisting moment in the twisting eyelet. The discussion outlines the direction for further development to increase the uniformity and strength of the nanofiber yarn produced and thus en-able its usage in various applications.
