Original language description
A functional sample of the design of a model of a crankshaft part, on which the nature of the oil flow through the lubrication channel during rotation is monitored, was manufactured in several design variants to simulate the operating conditions of the drive unit. The functional sample of the design of the model of the crankshaft part is a set of parts placed on a special test bed for verifying the properties of the lubrication system. On the test bed, it is possible to change the speed, temperature of the tested oil, pressure at the inlet to the main bearing and simulate different levels of oil aeration. All changes in the flow of oil through the lubrication channel were recorded using a high-speed camera, for which special adapters were created so that it could be attached to the test bed.
