  • Original language description

    The GaPO4 resonators in the form of the rotated Y-cuts vibrating in thickness-shear mode, are presented. The frequency-temperature behaviour of three different orientations of teh GaPO4 single crystal are studied. The frequency-temperature behaviour depends on some second -order quantities as a size and arrangement of electrodes, supporting, etc. The influence is described by the change of temperature coefficients and elastic stiffnesses.
