Electric Parameters of the Metal Halide Lamp with Ceramic Discharge Tube
Original language description
Metal halid lamp (MHID) with ceramic discharge tube represents high-pressure discharge lamps. It has high luminous efficacy and good stability of color temperature during its service life. This article concentrates to electric behavior of the Osram lampPOWERSTAR HCI - T 150W/NDL powered by magnetic ballast. It observes characteristics of discharge voltage and current and their influence on the power net. In conclusion are compared MHID lamps characteristics with characteristics of low pressure fluorescent lamps and then are discussed questions of the electromagnetic compatibility.
