  • Original language description

Over the years, the focus in human reliability analysis (HRA) is taking more and more importance. On the other hand, this focus stays mostly in the area of system control. In despite of it, human failures in maintenance and consequently possible latent malfunctions are still source of system blackouts and safety problems. Monetary damages from human failures in maintenance happen one of the biggest item of budget in lot of companies. Over the years, many companies and institutes developed their own (often intuitive) methods to provide higher reliability of man during maintenance operation. Though, couple of global approaches, the application is still difficult. Is necessary popularizing human factors methods, because human errors and their consequencesare still reflected like unchangeable in many parts of industry, which is not too much exhibit to public. Article is trying to find a simple general process of analyzing human performance in maintenance.
