Original language description
The 15th IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS 10) took place in Prague, CZ, from 24-28 May 2010. It attracted over then 180 test professionals from 27 countries. ETS 10 was organized by the Technical University in Liberec together with the CTU in Prague andsponsored by the IEEE TTTC. Ondrej Novak and Sybille Hellebrand served as general chair and program chair. The symposium received 155 submissions from 32 countries. During the PC meeting 34 Scientific Papers, 25 Posters, 6 Workshop Papers, 2 Embedded Tutorials, 2 Panels and 7 Vendor Presentations were accepted for the program of the symposium. The technical program began with a plenary opening session with two invited keynote addresses. In addition, the technical program was accompanied by a three full-day Test Spring School for PhD. students. The 3rd International Workshop on Impact of Low-Power Design on Test and Reliability LPonTR´10 completed the European testing week.
