Original language description

Design of real fire department operational center challenges many problems. There are usual technical problems with application of ergonomics knowledge and design theory of control rooms. A much bigger problem is however struggle with a lack of time, resources for quality analysis and constantly hitting of barriers of the grant funds wrong settings. Article shows how the problem could be solved and the reality in this environment. Is shown how the problem of human performance in operation centers is neglect by responsible authorities and literature.
