Usage of radiative heat transfer simulations to determine alternative reflector shape
Original language description
The content of the upcoming article will be a presentation of the results achieved in the issue of numerical simulations of radiative heating shell moulds for the artificial leather production. In process of heating moulds by set of emitters is necessaryto heat up mould preferably equally. To ensure uniformity of heating was necessary to design different algorithms that control heating mold. To facilitate heating regulation was necessary to design alternative shapes of reflectors, which are more suitable for uniform heating of the mold. Requirement of emitters is to create as much as possible equal heat flow to irradiated surface. This article deals with utilization of radiative heat transfer simulation to optimize amount of heat transfer. Article presents two types of problem solutions. First type is focused on two dimensional problem, which can be used for determine alternative profile of reflector. Second one follow results of two dimensional problem and extends this problem to thre
