Original language description
Current power quality meters can produce large amount of data. When data from more devices are downloaded to one concentrator, the amount of data can become too large to store. This paper describes a method for storing important data in best available resolution and saving the less important data in lower resolution. This method is realized offline in the concentrator, therefore it can achieve better results than similar algorithms implemented in power quality analyzers where it is done online.
