Low-dynamic Electromagnetic Interaction of Cardiac System with Implanted Pacemakers, Introduction of Physical Aspects from View of Modelling and Simulation in Clinical Research Applications
Original language description
The study deals with the electromagnetic interferences (EMI) of the human hearth system with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). The preliminary fundamental theory is put on complete electrotechnical description of low-frequency, slow changing magnetism in human with CIEDs. Theory parallels Energy Conservation Principle with Maxwell description and its possibility of using. The aim is to define electromagnetic interference (EMI) and its limits of the cardiac system inclusive CIEDs peacemakers. We point to possible risks of electromagnetic interaction and discuss mechanisms that can influence the CIEDs sensitivity. This paper implies methods of modelling and simulation useful for clinical research in cardio stimulation with respect new trends of power electronic in electromobility.
