This contribution deals with the cross-border cooperation of enterprises and organizations in the Nisa Euroregion. The first part of the text refers to the importance of small end medium enterprises in the Nisa Euroregion. Then the relevancy of cross-border cooperation together with the role of euroregions' support is discussed. The closing part is engaged in the prospects of cross-border cooperation in the Nisa Euroregion -- opportunities for cross-border cooperation as well as problems and obstacles associated with it.
