Original language description
This article is devoted to equal opportunities in Czech firms, or more precisely in firms within Liberec region. It pursues to refer to the fact that if managers claim in their firms the principles of equal opportunities then the employees loyalty and satistaction will be supported, it will lead to lower absence rate and employees fluctuation, and vice-versa to increase of production quality and efficiency. That could be a positive influence on competitiveness, gross domestic product of the given region, thereby also on gross domestic product of the whole country.
