Application of Process Simulation Method in a Manufacturing Company

  • Original language description

This article deals with a business process simulation. Simulation is a random experiment implementation. Simulation of a business process provides a computer model of business processes. This type of a model is created by entering particular parameters of a process into a specific simulation program. The Simulation Method allows to analyse and evaluate the process elements and to make experiments with them. This way of data collection provides analysts the opportunity of long-term monitoring and optimization. In the article we would like to present an example of an application of this method in a real manufacturing company.
