Original language description
Entry the Czech insurance industry to the European environment is beneficial for both sides. Common benefit of EU accession and new legislation is the unification of the legal environment in the Czech Republic and other EU Member States. Among other things, this means an increase the competitiveness of insurance companies increase premiums of client protection, improve the activity of insurance companies and their external networks of trade. On the other hand, there can be seen literally flood of legislation, which has raised concerns among Member States regarding the effectiveness of regulation applied at EU level. The most problematic areas within the implementation process can be seen particularly in relation to the date of its implementation by Member States. Our recommendation is mainly performed in-depth analysis of problem areas, which can be assessed by problematic factors and proposed remedies.
