Original language description
The focus of this paper is to use an encryption algorithm in which the encryption method is based on the position of the recipient of information. The basis of paper is a model situation where inside an industrial building is spotted a wanted criminal. Paper attempts to design a new system model aimed to be utilized for warning citizens outside e.g. an industrial enterprise about criminal activity in the inner part, within a target area, and prevent them from entering inside. The proposed model is intended as extended part of an early warning system, which aims to inform the population during emergencies and also remove some of the weaknesses of existing systems.
