  • Original language description

From Human Resources perspective, Project Management consists in the mobilization of a multidisciplinary team in which each member has their responsibility and their specialization that they need to coordinate in order to achieve the project goals. Theseactivities include mainly the coordination of individual knowledge which usually needs to deal with many restraints on daily basis before the knowledge may be successfully applied in the project processes.
