The research monograph "Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European union and Its Member States - Assessing Impacts on the Czech Economy" points out the most significant opportunities and outlines the potential threats which the CETA is likely to bring for the Czech economy. The main aim of the authors is to identify (and where possible also quantify) the most relevant effects the CETA may have on the Czech economy. The study consists of four major chapters: the first one briefly describes the CETA and its main provisions; the second is devoted to the methods of research. The third chapter analyses the aggregate impacts of the CETA on the Czech economy, while the fourth one identifies the effects of the CETA on selected industries. These effects are also reflected in six case studies at the very end of the study.
