The environmental policy is very often discussed topic. For many companies is environmental policy important, because it brings them kind of benefits. The environmental policy is important for the general pollution too, because the people want to have the good and healthy conditions for life. In the Czech Republic was the very active mining of uranium. After this mining are in the Czech Republic some environmental burden. The paper analyzes some methods which can use the state enterprise DIAMO for the removing the old environment damages. The aim of the presented paper is inform about environmental policy of state enterprise DIAMO and its efforts for treatment the environmental damages.
