Artificial intelligence is one of the most discussed topics of our time. One of the questions that arises in connection with artificial intelligence is whether artificial intelligence can replace human capital. This article aims to provide an up-to-date and complete theoretical overview of artificial intelligence in replacing human capital and to create a detailed basis for further research in this area. The first part of the article is dedicated to introducing artificial intelligence technology and presenting the advantages and disadvantages of its use. Next, machine learning and RPA, closely related to artificial intelligence technologies, are introduced. The last part of the article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on replacing human capital.
