3D deformation of warp-knitted fabrics with using special punches

Original language description

The experimental measurement of the uniaxial stress - strain behaviour of two warp-knitted /filet/ structure were carry out. It was found these similar structures show the different mechanical properties in the course and wale directions. On thespecial form another experiment was performed - 3D deformation of these structures with designed punches. We can obtain the dependence of the depth of the deformation on the strain together with the camera system record of the deformation process.

Czech description

Osnovní filetové pleteniny podobných struktur a různých hodnot pevnosti a tažnosti při jednoosém namáhání byly dále testovány na trhacím přístroji s upnutím do protlačovacích trnů. Byla zjišťována závislost síly na hloubce deformace spolu s obrazovýmzáznamem průběhu zkoušky.
