This paper deals with the acoustic behavior of a resonant nanofibrous layer. It will be shown that the nanofibrous layer has resonance effect, where the absorption tops are observed in the range of middle frequencies. The resonant frequency dependson theresonator weight per area or more precisely on the resonator rigidity
