    The prediction of yarn tenacity could be based on the procedure and assumption of the fibre tenacity distribution of Weibull type or on Linear blending according to. The predictive ability is compared with experimental data. The sensitivity of bothmodelsto the relative variation of input data is estimated. It was been tested on blended yarn cotton/polypropylen and compared with cotton/polyester.
