Modeling of radial fibre migration in yarns

  • Original language description

This paper introduces a modified model of radial fiber migration in yarns and it is shown that the length of a fiber increases equidistantly with the steps of radius and each fiber in the yarn approximately follows a conical path. The derived theoreticalrelations were found to be in acceptable agreement with the experimental observations.
