Pleated filters with nanofibers
Original language description
Filtration is very important in many industrial branches. With the growth of human activity it is necessary to look for new possibilities how to improve filter properties. Filters with nanofibres are suitable for effective filtration of minimal particlesas are bacteria, viruses, fine powder, tobacco smoke or pollen. They are part of mouth-screen and their huge utilization loom large in the automotive field. An improvement of filtration means cleaner power fuels thereby the machine performance will be rise and the engine life will be higher. In addition filters with nanofibres help to decrease impacts of combustion-engine on environment. The object of the experiment was to verify the possibilities of producing of pleated filters with nanofibres. It dealt on achievement of maximal efficient with low pressure drop. Farther there were compared variable filter properties depending on different specific filter areas of pleated filters.
