Oriented nanofibrous layers
Original language description
This article deals with oriented nanofibrous layers. Layers are highly oriented and orientation is achieved by special collectors. There are deposited nanofibers on the collector. Production highly oriented nanofibrous layer is subject to electrostatic field with its inhomogeneous near collector. Nanofibers are primary deposited on the place with higher electric potential which is created by special collector. Used polymers are polyvinyl alcohol-PVA and than polyvinylbutyral-PVB. These polymers were positively charged and nanofibers were collected on grounded collector. The collectors were two plan parallel grounded discs. There were sharp edges on the surface of the disks and it was presumed that this shape will have positive effect on electrostatic field. There was oriented nanofibrous layer with the distance limit to 100 mm in between these two discs.
