The paper will review the latest development in textile printing, especially in the digital inkjet printing of textiles. At ITMA, in September 2011 in Barcelona, we saw many new digital textile machine developments using industrial piezo print heads, which have now made it possible to make higher print production. The future direction, advantages and disadvantages of this technology will be discussed.
