    Several shielding applications, to protect human health and electronic devices against dangerous effects of electromagnetic radiation, require solutions that fabrics can suitably fulfil. Here glass fabric was coated by polypyrrole by chemical oxidation polymerization (vapour deposition) and composite was prepared with epoxy resin. The low resistance samples were specially prepared by multiple dips. Electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMI-SE) was obtained by TEM cell measurements at 700 MHz and 2.5GHz, and surface resistivity was characterized from HP high resistance meter respectively. The insertion loss (IL), this is equivalent to shielding effectiveness (SE) and transmission (Tx) loss, decreases with increasing electrical resistance.
