CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYAMIDE 6 NANOFIBROUS MEMBRANE BY BET THEORY
Original language description
(22nd Annual International Conference on Composites/Nano Engineering (ICCE-22): Malta) The aim of this study was to characterize two polyamide6 nanofibrous membranes which used as sorbent for removing dyestudff from simulated wastewater by using Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) theory. The theory will be described and the results of two samples will be compared in this work. The results shows the specific surface areas of two memberanes are 31.9980 and 12.1273 m^2/g respectively. Comparing to previous study, the dye removal efficiency of membrane is highly related to its specific surface area.
