Studies and numerical modelling for improving of the efficiency of inorganic nanofiber production througt electrospinning
Original language description
This paper deals with a research and study of the increase of nanofiber productivity through the electrospinning. Numerical analysis and experimental measurements directly on production lines producing nanofibers were made. Two principally different spinning technologies were studied. First type was electrospinning from roller and second type was electrospinning from thin strings Tests were carried out with a total potential gradient 60 ? 0.5 kV, current 5mA, moisture 17.5 ? 2% and a temperature of 22.6? 2 ° C during 10 min. It was determined that the size of the electrode affects the size and the intensity distribution of the electrostatic field at the same input electrical potential, which influences the final efficiency of production of nanofibres. The intensity of the electrostatic field is influenced with the size of the diameter of the electrode, where increasing of the electrode area leads to decreasing of the intensity. The design problem consists in reducing of the electrode
